This Privacy Policy explains what information ReddFarm collects, how it is used, and when it may be shared. It applies to the public website, app access flows, billing processes, support communications, and workspace operations.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information such as name, email address, Telegram handle, and billing contact details.
  • Workspace and operational data such as licenses, plans, billing cadence, expiry data, settings, proxy configuration, imported account records, media, posts, comments, and audit events.
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser/device information, cookies, session identifiers, page interaction data, and service logs.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage workspaces, authenticate access, issue licenses, and enforce plan limits.
  • To provide billing, payment verification, transactional emails, onboarding responses, and support.
  • To maintain platform integrity, monitor abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve performance, and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use third-party providers for payments, email delivery, analytics, hosting, infrastructure, support, and domain or CDN services. These providers receive the information reasonably necessary to perform those services. We do not sell your personal information as a data-broker product.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, session storage, browser storage, and analytics tooling to keep users signed in, preserve app preferences, measure traffic, understand page usage, and improve the website and application experience. If you disable certain browser storage features, parts of the service may not function properly.

Retention and Security

  • We retain account, billing, workspace, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect stored information, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
  • You are responsible for protecting your own login access, license keys, devices, and any credentials you place into the platform.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to technical feasibility, platform security, billing records, and any legal obligations requiring retention. We may keep limited data where necessary to prevent fraud, document transactions, or preserve security logs.
