Refund Policy

ReddFarm sells time-bound digital access, issued licenses, and related support/setup work. Because access can be delivered immediately, refunds are limited and reviewed under the rules below.

48-Hour Review Window

You may request a refund review within 48 hours of the original purchase. Review requests submitted after that window may be denied unless a refund is required by applicable law.

When a Refund May Be Considered

  • The request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The issued license, workspace, or subscription has not been materially used, activated, consumed, or exploited beyond basic verification.
  • No meaningful setup, support, migration, manual issuance, or custom fulfillment work has already been completed on the purchase.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After material use of the service, including substantive workspace access, operational use, account imports, configuration, campaign execution, or other meaningful consumption of delivered digital access.
  • For expired billing periods, partially used subscription periods, or licenses already substantially consumed.
  • For setup, consulting, support, manual intervention, or custom work already delivered, except where required by law.

How to Request Review

Send your request within the review window and include the purchase email, transaction details, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds, where granted, are typically returned to the original payment method. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to immediate suspension while the matter is investigated.
