Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ReddFarm. By purchasing, activating, or using the platform, you agree that you are responsible for how your workspace, operators, accounts, and campaign flows are used, and that outcomes, deliverability, and account performance are never guaranteed.
Platform Scope
ReddFarm is software infrastructure for campaign operations, workspace management, proxy handling, account workflows, and related support/setup services. Access is provided as a revocable software license, not as a sale of source code, an agency engagement, or a guaranteed performance commitment.
Eligibility and Workspace Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding commercial agreement.
- You are responsible for everyone who accesses your workspace, including employees, contractors, VAs, support personnel you authorize, and anyone using your license key or login session.
- You are responsible for the accounts, credentials, content, proxies, links, and operational decisions used inside your workspace.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use ReddFarm in violation of applicable law, payment-provider rules, or the rights of any third party.
- You may not use the service to distribute malware, perform unauthorized access, attack infrastructure, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the platform.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, clone, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly approved in writing.
Licenses, Billing, and Renewals
- Access is controlled by a license or subscription term. Trial, monthly, quarterly, annual, and manual access windows only remain active for the period issued.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are charged in advance for the access period selected. Failure to pay, chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension or revocation.
- Plan limits, account capacity, and included features are controlled by the active plan attached to the workspace at the time of use.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, rotate, revoke, or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the platform, respond to abuse, address payment risk, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time, but termination does not automatically create a refund right beyond the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
- ReddFarm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, deliverability, account survival, posting reach, conversions, revenue, or campaign results.
- You accept that third-party platforms, infrastructure vendors, payment providers, email providers, browsers, and network providers can change behavior or enforce rules outside our control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReddFarm and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
